Sunflower Mosaic Project at Pearson Airport

This is a collaborative public art installation at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Facilitated by VIBE Arts in partnership with Toronto Pearson and Autism Ontario, the project brought together youth and seniors from various community organizations to create individual sunflower-shaped mosaics. These pieces were combined into a large-scale sunflower mural now on display at Terminal 1, Domestic Departures Gate D26. The mural raises awareness for Toronto Pearson’s Sunflower Lanyard Program—an initiative that helps support passengers with invisible disabilities.
